Welcome to the website of Zion Baptist Chapel. Protestant, Reformed & Evangelical - Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Teaching the Doctrines of Grace.
Who we are
We are an Independent Baptist Church situated in the village of Lea near Malmesbury in North Wiltshire, England. We are dedicated to the exposition of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the application of its truths. We seek to be confessional Christians who adhere to and practice our confession of Jesus Christ in every area of our lives. We extend a warm welcome to all. We meet for worship every Lords Day (Sunday) at 11a.m. and again at 6 p.m.
Whether you are a christian seeking fellowship or a non-christian seeking answers, we welcome you.
Our desire is to grow in our relationship with God through the knowledge of His grace and truth, to grow in our relationships with one another, and to let the world know of God's love, demonstrated by our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross when he shed his blood for the sins of his people. Following the church model in Acts 2:42, we seek to 'continue steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and prayer'.
Our weekly Sunday services are led by our minister for the day. (You can see who the preacher will be for this Sunday's services at the side of this web page).
